R7bt's services are intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. r7bt does not intentionally collect personal data from minors. The identity verification (KYC) process includes date-of-birth confirmation via official document to ensure only adults can access the platform.
If r7bt identifies that data from a user under 18 has been inadvertently collected, the account will be closed immediately and all data will be deleted without retention — except for the minimum information required to log the incident and prevent re-registration using the same CPF.
